No, Sonar works with any headset or audio device connected to your PC.

GG is our new software hub where you can find all your favorite SteelSeries applications such as Moments & Engine, with more to come in the future. 😉

No, Sonar is a PC only software at the moment. So any setting, effect or feature applied in Sonar will not apply when gaming with your console. Engine is the best place to apply settings that will work on console as well.

If you are using your headset on PC we advise you to use Sonar, as it offers many more audio tuning capabilities and features. Engine is a good place for console gaming and mobile.

如果你不想使用 Moments 等应用，你可以在设置中将其关闭。When turned off it will not affect your performance and will not run in the background.

对于 SteelSeries Engine 也是同样的情况。如果你没有连接 SteelSeries 设备，GG 中的 Engine 应用将不会在后台运行。
